If the parties cannot agree on a charity, the amount shall be donated to a legally registered charitable organization in the jurisdiction of the court hearing the matter, to be used at that organization's discretion.
3.3 Nature of This Clause
The parties acknowledge that this clause is intended to direct disputes toward resolution by charitable donation, rather than to completely exclude any party's legal rights. This clause does not constitute a waiver of court jurisdiction, nor does it prevent any party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief.

Original content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, and satirical design elements) is protected by copyright law. Users may not use any content from the Website for any commercial purpose, nor may they claim any ownership over the Website's content.
5. Governing Law and Severability
